摘要
资本利益集团对领导干部的"围猎"是反腐败斗争中非常棘手却又不得不面对的难题,以至于习近平总书记在讲话中多次提及"围猎"这一话题.鉴于利益集团"围猎"行为的多重危害,各级党员领导干部必须重视"拒围反猎"工作.从思想建党的视角看,底线思维在"拒围反猎"过程中具有预防"围猎"的独特价值,运用得当可以挖深"拒围反猎"的"护城河",落下"拒围反猎"的"千斤闸",筑牢"拒围反猎"的"瓮城",实现对"围猎"困局的有效纾解.
Abstract
The"hunting"of leading cadres by capital interest groups is a very difficult problem to be faced in the fight against corruption.The general secretary mentioned the topic of"hunting"many times in his speech.In view of the multiple hazards of interest groups'"hunting"behavior,Party members and leading cadres at all levels must pay attention to the work of"refusing to encirclement and preventing hunting".From the perspective of ide-ological party building,the bottom-line thinking has the unique value of breaking the"round and hunt"in the process of"resisting siege and preventing hunting".Properly used,it can build the"moat","thousand jin gate"and"barging city"of"resisting siege and preventing hunting",and realize the effective relief of the"round and hunt"dilemma.
