The Systematic Logic of the Overall National Security Outlook from the Perspective of Holistic Governance——A Three-layer Analysis Framework
The overall national security ou tlook involves rich connotations and extensions,broad temporal and spatial domains,and complex internal and external factors.Using the theory of holistic governance to systematically analyze its overall logic;Based on the analysis framework of"development context-security context-relationship context",systematically analyze the generation logic of traditional security outlook,comprehensive security outlook,new security outlook,and overall national security outlook from the perspective of"the relationship between development and security";Studying the internal logic of overall national security from the perspective of"national security and social stability";Exploring the correlation logic of overall national security from the perspective of"coordinating four important relationships".The results show that social stability is the sinking of national security to public security,social governance is an important means of national security,and people's well-being is the first line of defense for national security;The overall coordination of external and internal security is spatially related,the overall coordination of national security and people's security is the main correlation,the overall coordination of traditional and non-traditional security is the content correlation,and the overall coordination of self security and common security is the fate correlation.
