Collaborative Governance Mechanism in Grassroots Rural Areas——An Empirical Analysis Based on L Village in the Suburban Area of Western Hubei Province
Under the background of urbanization,the decline o f authoritative resources within villages and the weakening of rural governance have led to a trend towards collaborative governance in rural areas.Collaboration is the process in which governance entities interact through formal and informal means to jointly create rules and structures.Collaborative governance relies on organizational and procedural operational mechanisms,to achieve the optimization of the rural governance system.Analyzing the foundation and governance mechanism of collaborative governance in suburban villages can provide a good development model and template for the transition from rural to urban areas,reflect on the transformation of rural relations in the new era,achieve effective governance,and smoothly transition to urbanization.
