The Position,Dilemmas and Way Out of People's Courts Participation in Rural Governance Source of Litigation
The emphasis of litigation source governance at the grassroots level,the people's court participate in the lawsuit source governance has natural advantages,it is an important subject of rural litigation source governance,but not the leader.The people's court,like other subjects,under the leadership of the local party committees and participate in the governance of the source of litigation.In the process of people's courts participating in the governance of the litigation source,there are some problems,such as,the contradiction of"too many cases and few staffs",the difficulty in resolving rural disputes,the shortage of comprehensive type rural judges,and lack of synergy in the governance of the litigation source.It is necessary to improve the effectiveness of litigation source governance by integrating governance concepts with judicial adjudication,coordinating the relationship between people's courts and other subjects,strengthening the use of smart technology,and increasing legislative supply.
