Research on the Mechanism and Countermeasures of the Influence of Population Flow on the Urban-rural Integration Development
From a theoretical perspective,population flows from both physical and virtual spaces,and acts on the flow of factors,industrial structure,and economic growth between urban and rural areas from both outflow and inflow sides,thereby affecting the integrated development of urban and rural areas.From a practical per-spective,based on rural areas,the rural labor force on the outflow side is divided into four categories:tradi-tional farmers,migrant farmers,migrant farmers,and new farmers in the large-scale flow to cities,and exhibits characteristics such as dynamic transformation,differentiated demands,and differentiated scale trends of various types of farmers;The floating population on the inflow side mainly includes agricultural government investment and market investment groups,as well as on-site and platform consumption groups related to agriculture.With the empowerment of the digital economy,a large number of people have realized the flow of investment or con-sumption to rural areas,and realized the flow of people,money and goods from urban to rural areas.In order to further promote urban-rural integration,it is necessary to comprehensively deepen reform from the aspects of factor market,policy environment,education and training,infrastructure and public services,land system,digi-tal economy,etc.
