Solidly promoting common prosperity is an inherent requirement for adapting to the changes in the principal contradiction facing Chinese society,for meeting the people's ever-growing needs for a better life,for realizing the goal of socialist modernization,and for the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In order to make more significant and substantial progress in common prosperity,the Party and the government follow certain principles in the relevant work of promoting common prosperity.Adhering to the fundamental position of people centered goes with the principle of integrating party spirit and people;adhering to the principle of unifying efficiency and fairness comes with taking the socialist basic economic system as an institutional guarantee;the series of strategic measures adopted to solidly promote common prosperity act in accordance with the principle of integrating key development with overall development;and the pursuit of the intrinsic value of solidly promoting common prosperity acts on the principle of the unity of individual interests and collective interests.
