Accelerate Development of Public Digital Cultural Governance Modernization
Accelerating the modernization of China's digital cultural governance has become an important part of the modernization of the national cultural governance system and governance capacity,and is an organic part of promoting the five-in-one coordinated development.From the perspective of national cultural digitization development,combined with the important strategic tasks in the strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee to comprehensively deepen reform,this paper explores the development history and construction status of public digital culture,draws on the relevant theories and practices of public digital culture governance,uses digital technology to reconstruct the public cultural governance system,and gives a rational explanation of the modernization of public digital cultural governance.At the same time,it analyzes the practical obstacles of public digital cultural governance,focuses on the modernization of public digital cultural governance system and governance capacity,clarifies the new direction of the modernization of public digital cultural governance with diversified participants,improved modern service system,improved service quality and efficiency,expands the practice path of public digital cultural governance modernization,and builds the practice paradigm of public digital cultural governance.We will promote the modernization of public digital cultural governance.Realize the leap from traditional public cultural management to public digital cultural governance,provide effective programs for the high-quality development of public culture under the background of digital innovation,and then promote the overall level of modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
