Constructing Governance Community and Effective Governance of"Village-to-Residential"Communities——Take the"1+N"Grid Governance Model of Edong Community as an Example
As an innovation of grassroots governance mechanism,governance community effectively responds to the requirements of governance capacity modernization.The spatial transformation of"village-to-residential"has disrupted the grassroots social order,resulting in community governance falling into the failure of publicity characterized by lack of trust,ignoring the public interest and norm failure,and it is necessary to build a governance community to solve governance problems.As a specific practice of community governance community,the"1+N"grid governance model of Edong community has built a community governance system by absorbing multiple subjects,strengthened the connection of interests to improve residents'public participation,and imported modern concepts to establish community life norms,which has promoted the effective governance of"village-to-residential"communities.These governance outcomes due to the resource community built by the integration of party and government,the interest community built by responsibility granted,and the value community built with emotional incentives,which together constitute an integral part of the"village-to-residential"governance community and become an important governance path for the"village-to-residential"community.
