To Make Party Education More Vivid——Practical Exploration of Jilin Yangjingyu Executive Leadership Academy's Innovation in Establishing the Red Education Brand in Jilin
At present,education and training institutions at all levels have actively and deeply implemented the requirements of"National Leadership Education and Training Plan(2023-2027)",increased the reform and innovation of teaching methods,comprehensively used various methods to carry out education and training,continuously enhanced the attractiveness,infectiousness,and persuasiveness of cadre education and training,especially party spirit education and training,and improved the quality of training.Jilin Yangjingyu Executive Leadership Academy is the only party education base in China with the spirit of the Northeast Anti Japanese League as its theme,and is one of the first batch of party education bases included in the directory of the Central Organization Department in Jilin Province.On the new journey,we need to innovate the methods and methods of party spirit education to make it more vivid and lively.Firstly,we must adhere to the correct teaching orientation,construct high-frequency curriculum standards,implement efficient development mechanisms,and create high-level high-quality courses;secondly,we should pay attention to keeping up with the times in party spirit education,strengthen the integration of red resources,improve the satisfaction of teaching and training,and enhance the diversity of themed classrooms;thirdly,we must pay attention to the development of the connotation in party spirit education,enhance our hard power in scientific research consultation,gather centripetal force in talent cultivation,and expand our influence in brand promotion.
