Governance of Science and Technology Innovation in the Context of National Modernization Governance
Under the background of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,various modernization elements are rapidly and freQuently reorganized,which leading scientific and technological innovation to develop more complexly and systematically.In this way,the governance of scientific and technological innovation has important practical significance.Based on the analysis of the actual situation of scientific and technological innovation governance in the context of national modernization governance,this paper finds that although the construction of the scientific and technological governance system has achieved preliminary results,there are still many contradictions in the developing practice,so it is necessary to continuously promote the reform of the scientific and technological system under the national governance structure.In view of the fact that the governance of technological innovation not only faces new opportunities and challenges,but also includes new goals and tasks,it is meaningful to in-depth explore the existing expe-rience of governance system construction.Through summarizing and analyzing the scientific and technological innovation governance process of the world's major innovation countries,Shanghai and Guangdong,this research have gained experience and enlightenment including overall planning,reform promotion,top-level designation,and multi-agent collaboration.Furthermore,the author puts forward targeted optimizational strategies for scientific and technological innovation governance under the background of national governance modernization from both the overall dimension and the individual dimension.
