Digital Technology Empowerment:Research on the Generation Path of Rural Autonomous Governance——Based on the Analysis of Typical Cases in the National Digital Village Pilot Areas
Absrtact:Rural areas are an important carrier for the modernization of national governance capacity,and improving the rural governance system and strengthening rural governance capacity are important topics for Chinese modernization.With the acceleration of the development of digital technology and the increasingly abundant application scenarios,it has become an important way to improve the modernization level of grassroots governance by empowering rural self-governance with digital technology.This paper focuses on the powerful role of digital technology in promoting the generation of rural self-governance,reviews the historical development characteristics of grassroots governance,and combs through the relevant research results in the academic community,and constructs an analytical framework of"interest aggregation and action coordination"of rural self-governance based on the relevant expositions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on grassroots governance.This paper clarifies the practice trend of digital technology empowering rural self-governance,further summarizes the common paradigm of digital technology empowering rural self-governance,and refines the integration path of digital technology empowering rural self-governance,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for building a rural governance community with benefit aggregation adaptability and driving rural governance autonomy with action synergy in multiple dimensions,so as to provide path support for the generation of digital technology-enabled rural autonomous governance,in order to improve the efficiency of rural governance and realize the modernization of rural governance.
