In September 2023,General Secretary Xi Jinping innovatively proposed the new category of"new quality productivity".In 2024,General Secretary Xi Jinping once again emphasized the importance of new quality productive forces at the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.The theory of new quality productivity is a scientific guide for promoting high-quality development on the new journey,it must be guided by Marxism,comprehensively understand the ideological sources of the theory of new quality productivity,and deeply comprehend its scientific nature;it is necessary to comprehensively understand the logical relationship between the development of new quality productive forces and high-quality development,in order to deeply understand their important position.New quality productivity can efficiently promote high-quality development,high-quality technological innovation is the core element,industrial development and industrial chain layout are key links,digital economy empowerment is an inexhaustible driving force,green development and environmental protection are important features,deepening reform and new production relations are the support and guarantee,and high-quality life is the ultimate goal.Jilin Province has always attached great importance to the development of new quality productivity,laid out the industrial system around new quality productivity,actively promoted the formation and development of new industries,new models,and new driving forces,and built a high-quality living system centered on the people.In this regard,Jilin Province has clarified the main direction of promoting high-quality development with new quality productivity,namely,systematic innovation and development of agricultural new quality productivity,vigorously promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial chain innovation chain,actively cultivating emerging and future industries,and continuously promoting the innovative development of digital economy,thus empowering the promotion of high-quality development and sustainable revitalization of Jilin Province.
