Based on the"two innovations"concept raised by President Xi for promoting Chinese traditional culture,this paper engages with the inheritance,preservation,and development of the Xianzi Dance.As one of the traditional Tibetan dance forms,Xianzi dance has a long history and has been a crucial part of the national intangible cultural heritage.As a valuable form of Tibetan cultural expression,the development and innovation of Tibetan Xianzi dance itself is an integral part of the development and innovation of Tibetan culture.This paper starts with the origin and component elements of Xianzi dance and then analyzes its development and innovation in the context of its current development.While Xianzi dance has retained its cultural roots,it has also adapted within the contemporary context to actively inherit intangible cultural heritage and cultural diversity,which are essential for its innovative inheritance and development.
