摘要
医院公共研究平台实验技术队伍是保障临床科研工作安全性与有效性的重要力量.本文主要探讨了目前医院实验技术队伍建设存在的问题,并进一步提出加强实验技术带教队伍建设、充实实验操作培训教学内容、优化教学方法和设立专项培训经费等对策,以期提高临床医学研究生的实验技术水平,为医院临床与基础科研工作提供更好的保障.
Abstract
The medical experimental technician team of the hospital's public research platform is an important part of ensuring the safety and effectiveness of clinical research work.This article mainly discusses the current situation and problems of the construction of the experimental technician team and proposes countermeasures such as strengthening the construction of the experimental technology teaching team,enriching the teaching contents of experimental operation training,optimizing teaching methods,and setting up special training funds to improve the practical skills of clinical medical graduate students and provide better guarantees for the clinical and scientific research of the hospital.
