摘要
目的 应用超声建立4~12岁女童子宫和卵巢的各径线超声参考值范围.方法 以2014年1月—2016年12月体检的925名4~12岁健康女童作为研究对象,超声测量子宫的长度和体积、左右卵巢的体积及卵巢内可见卵泡的个数及直径,分析女童盆腔发育情况.结果 子宫和卵巢的大小在4~8岁增长缓慢,9~12岁呈明显递增的趋势;同一年龄组的子宫体长与身高无明显相关性.结论 提供不同年龄段女童子宫和卵巢的正常超声参考值范围,可为评价女童发育情况提供参考依据.
Abstract
Objective To establish referenced range for the uterus and ovary reference between 4 and 12 years old. Methods A total of 925 healthy children underwent physical examination between 4 and 12 aged girls in January 2014 and December 2016 in our hospital.The length and volume of the uterus,ovarian volume and the number and diameter of ovarian follicles in the ovary were measured.The pelvic development of girls was analyzed.Results The uterus and ova-ries grew slowly between 4 and 8 years old,but increase significantly from 9 to 12 years old.No obvious relationship was found as to the size of uterine and stature in the same age group.Conclusions We provide the normal reference range of the uterine and ovarian in girls at different ages,which can provide reference to evaluate the development of girls.
