320排螺旋CT多期增强扫描结合三维成像技术在肾癌诊断中的价值分析

摘要
目的 观察螺旋CT多期增强扫描结合三维成像技术在肾癌诊断中的应用效果.方法 选择2018年10月至2023年10月延安市中医医院收治的42例肾癌患者,为其开展螺旋CT多期增强扫描及三维成像检查,并依据手术后病理学检查结果对扫描结果进行分析.结果 经CT平扫,42例肾癌患者病灶主要为类圆形或圆形,病灶直径1.5～18.0 cm之间.三期增强扫描,动脉期40例患者可见明显病灶实质强化,CT值超过40 HU.实质期肿瘤密度降低,低于正常肾实质,延迟期病灶密度相对于实质期也有所下降.结论 肾癌诊断应用螺旋CT多期增强扫描结合三维成像技术可全面、直观、准确地对病变进行评估,有效地提高肾癌的检出率及诊断准确率,同时可以对周围血管解剖及受累情况进行精确评价,对临床手术治疗方案具有重要的指导价值,值得进行广泛推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of multi-phase enhanced spiral CT combined with three-dimensional imaging in the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.Methods 42 patients with renal cancer admitted to Yan'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2018 to October2023 were selected for spiral CT multi-phase enhanced scanning and three-dimensional imaging,and the scanning results were analyzed according to the surgical and pathological results.Results On plain CT scan,42 cases of renal cell carcinoma showed that the focus was mainly quasi-circular or round,and the diameter of the focus ranged from 1.5 to 18.0 cm.Three-phase enhanced scan showed that in 40 patients at arterial phase,the lesion parenchyma was significantly enhanced,and the CT value was more than 40 HU.The density of tumor in the parenchymal phase was lower than that in the normal renal parenchyma,and the density of lesion in the delayed phase was also lower than that in the parenchymal phase.Conclusion The diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma can be comprehensively,intuitively and accurately evaluated by using spiral CT multi-phase enhanced scanning combined with three-dimensional imaging technology,effectively improving the detection rate of renal cell carcinoma,and accurately evaluating the anatomy and involvement of surrounding blood vessels.It has important guiding value in clinical surgical treatment,and is worthy of extensive promotion.
