摘要

目的探讨针对性气道护理对重症监护室患者舒适度与呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响.方法选取 2021 年 5 月至2023 年 5 月本院重症监护室患者 60 例,随机均分为对照组(常规护理)、观察组(针对性气道护理)两组.比较护理后患者舒适度以及呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生情况.结果护理干预后观察组的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)和二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组GCQ评分与机械通气时间和重症监护室(ICU)治疗时间优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组导管堵塞程度和VAP发生率优于对照组(P<0.05).结论对重症监护室肺炎患者给予针对性气道护理效果显著,可以明显改善患者的舒适度,缩短患者的治疗时间,减少相关性肺炎的发生情况.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the impact of targeted airway care on the comfort and ventilator-associated pneu-monia in intensive care unit patients.Method:Sixty patients in the intensive care unit of our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Randomly divide into two groups:the control group(rou-tine care)and the observation group(targeted airway care).Compare patient comfort and incidence of ventilator-associ-ated pneumonia after nursing care.The results showed that the PaO2 and PaCO2 levels in the observation group were bet-ter than those in the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05);The GCQ score,mechanical ventilation time,and ICU treatment time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The degree of catheter blockage and the incidence of VAP in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted airway care for patients with pneumonia in the intensive care unit has a significant effect,which can significantly improve patient comfort,shorten treatment time,and reduce the incidence of associated pneumoni-a.
