摘要

目的 分析快速康复护理临床路径在胸腔镜肺癌手术患者围手术期中的应用效果.方法 选择 2022 年 11 月至2023 年 11 月山东省临沂市肿瘤医院接受治疗的 120 例胸腔镜肺癌手术治疗患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法进行分组,两组分别各 60 例,对照组接受围术期常规护理,实验组接受快速康复护理临床路径,观察并比较两组患者护理效果.结果 干预后,实验组首次排气时间、术后下床活动时间、拔管时间以及住院治疗的时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).实验组在术后 1、2、3、5d VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后实验组患者发生并发症的几率小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 采用快速康复护理临床路径可以使得患者在围术期护理中促进胃肠功能的恢复,同时可以减少患者的住院时间,也可以缓解他们的疼痛感,还可以防止并发症的发生和提高护理满意度,因此值得推广和应用.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pathway in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surger-y.Methods Select from November 2022 to November 2023 to our treatment of 120 cases of patients treated with thoraco-scopic lung cancer surgery as a research object,with random number table method,two groups respectively 60 cases,the control group accept perioperative routine care,experimental group accept rapid rehabilitation nursing clinical path,ob-serve and compare the two groups of patients nursing effect.Results After the intervention,the time of first discharge,postoperative ambulation,time of extubation and the hospitalization were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of 1,2,3 and 5 d were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the risk of complications in the postoperative experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the ex-perimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of rapid rehabilitation nursing clinical pathway can make patients promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in perioperative care,reduce the length of hospital stay,relieve their pain,but also prevent the occurrence of complications and improve nursing satis-faction,so it is worth promotion and application.
