Explore the Effect of Joint Cavity Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Treatment Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on the Clinical Efficacy of Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium vitonate on the clinical effect of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Sixty patients with knee arthritis admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to July 2023 were selected and randomly di-vided into control group(30 patients,sodium hyaluronate)and observation group(30 patients,sodium hyaluronate+comprehensive rehabilitation treatment).The treatment effect was evaluated in both groups.Results The treatment in the observation group showed a significantly higher effectiveness compared to the control group(P<0.05).Following treatment,the observation group reported lower VAS scores than the control group,along with higher knee scores in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion For knee osteoarthritis patients,combined with good treatment effect,it can relieve the pain degree of patients,promote the recovery of patients'function,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worth choosing.
