摘要
目的 探讨中医推拿结合中药调护治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效.方法 选取 2020 年 11 月至 2023 年 5 月间本院收治的小儿厌食症患者 360 例,运用随机数表法将其均分为对照组(中医推拿)、观察组(中医推拿结合中药调护).结果 观察组治疗后的症状积分、微量元素、D-木糖排泄率、免疫功能、不良反应发生情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中医推拿结合中药调护在小儿厌食症治疗中表现出显著的临床疗效,通过改善症状积分、微量元素水平、D-木糖排泄率、免疫功能等方面,为临床提供了一种有效而综合的治疗方案.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine regulation in the treatment of pediatric anorexia.Method:360 pediatric anorexia patients admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(traditional Chinese medicine massage)and an observation group(traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine care)using a random number table method.The symptom score,trace elements,D-xylose excretion rate,immune func-tion,and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese massage and traditional Chinese medicine regulation has shown significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of pediatric an-orexia.By improving symptom scores,trace element levels,D-xylose excretion rate,immune function,etc.,it provides an effective and comprehensive treatment plan for clinical practice.
