摘要
1931年"九一八"事变后,南满地区中共党组织勇担领导南满抗战的重任,从四个方面展开党的组织建设:扩大党员队伍,强化无产阶级基础;建立健全组织体系,优化领导方式;将组织工作重点转向汉族工农群众,促进党内团结;多管齐下,提高党员政治水平和工作能力.通过强有力的组织建设,南满地区中共党组织迅速发展壮大,积极发动广大群众抗日,促进人民抗日武装发展,将南满抗日斗争推向高潮.南满地区党的组织建设是中共党建史、组织史上的重要一环,对新时代党的组织建设具有多重启示.
Abstract
After the Mukden Incidentin 1931,the CPC in South Manchuria region bravely took on the impor-tant task of resisting Japanese aggression and carried out the organizational construction from four aspects:re-cruiting more Party members and strengthening the proletarian foundation,establishing and improving the or-ganizational system and optimizing the leadership mode,shifting the focus of organizational work to workers and peasants of the Han nationality to promote intra-Party unity,improving the political level and work abili-ty of Party members in various ways.Through powerful organizational construction,the Party organizations in Southern Manchuria developed and expanded rapidly,actively mobilized the masses to resist Japanese in-vaders,enlarged the anti-Japanese armed forces,and proceeded the anti-Japanese struggle in Southern Man-churia to a climax.The organizational construction of the Party in Southern Manchuria is an important part in the history of the Party's building and organization.It has multiple enlightenments for the Party's organiza-tional construction in the new era.
