In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions and entrustment,Jilin province is planning to realize the goal of trillion-yuan output of agriculture,agricultural product processing and food in-dustry in 5 to 10 years.Compared with the people's higher demands for the food industry,the development of the specialty food industry in Jilin province faces practical problems such as insufficient industrial scale,uneven industrial distribution,unstable industrial chain,weak support of key factors,and slow industry transformation.It is necessary to clarify the development direction and focus,to exert the agglomeration effect of industrial clus-ters,and to release the driving force of the industry,especially to cultivate large-scale specialty food industries and key enterprises,to stabilize and enhance the industrial chain,to highlight the innovation-driven development,to break the policy bottlenecks,and to enrich the technological value and cultural connotation of the food indus-try.
