In the era of artificial intelligence, the collaborative nature of content creation between humans and machines presents fresh challenges regarding copyright attribution for AI-generated content. The striking resemblance between AI-generated content and traditional human creations complicates directed differentiation for the public. The signature system stipulated by copyright law serves not only as a decla-ration of the rights holder's identity but also as a disclosure rule for work information, encompassing both rights and publicity attributes. When applying the attribution system of copyright law to content generated by artificial intelligence,it is necessary to consider both the clear attribution of copyright and the identifi-cation of the source of the work.To address this issue, copyright laws need to be adapted to incorpora-ting clear attribution of ownership and source identification.Considering national strategies for AI ad-vancement,the need for fair information networks, and the promotion of cultural development, evolving copyright laws should integrate digital watermarking technology and encompass voluntary and mandatory attribution, involving AI service providers, designers, users, and distributors, with rules specifying prominent and additional identification for AI-generated content.
