The concept of"new quality productive forces"proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping is an innovative development of the Marxist political economy theory of productive forces,and a theoretical leap in the transformation of productive forces into new quality.The new agricultural quality productive forces are the embodiment of new quality productivity in the high-quality development of agriculture.The devel-opment of new agricultural quality productivity is essentially the process of promoting the transformation of agricultural productivity into new quality.In this process,the decisive factors mainly include the quality of new agricultural productivity factors,the quality of new agricultural productivity factor combinations,and the quality of new agricultural productivity materialized achievements.Under such a context,the de-velopment of new agricultural productivity should focus on establishing appropriately an awareness of de-veloping new agricultural productivity,leveraging the roles of digital productivity,high-end productivity,and green productivity in the development of new agricultural productivity,as well as improving the level of quality in the combination of various elements of new agricultural productivity.The current develop-ment of new agricultural productivity mainly faces challenges in talent team building,deep integration and innovation of science and technology and industry,and in-depth economic system reform.Therefore,specific measures to enhance new agricultural productivity are proposed from the aspects of strengthening talent team building,promoting deep integration of science and technology innovation and industry inno-vation,and further promoting deep economic system reform.
