Under the background that China's low-altitude economic development environment continues to improve,and policy measures continue to land,low-altitude economy,as a typical representative of strategic emerging industries and new quality productive forces,has entered a period of rapid develop-ment,and it is urgent to explore its connotation,core characteristics and development logic.Based on the complex economics theory and the underlying logic of the technical-economic theory paradigm,this paper explains the connotation of low-altitude economy from three aspects.First,low-altitude economy is a strategic emerging industry with low-altitude activities as the core,a typical representative of new quality productivity led by advanced technology,and an economic format that reflects the needs of the country and the market.Then the paper reveals the characteristics of low-altitude economy from the per-spective of industrial chain,technology and demand orientation.Through the research methods of theoret-ical application,reasoning and induction,this paper demonstrates that the development of low-altitude e-conomy is based on the development logic of industrial ecological evolution and upgrading,the innovation logic of accelerating core technology breakthrough,and the application logic of demand-oriented con-struction.Finally,the development trend of low-altitude economy is expounded from the aspects of in-dustrial development framework,policies and regulations,technological innovation,infrastructure system construction and market cultivation.
