Research on talent cultivation mode based on the recognition of vocational skill level evaluation—taking forestry technology major as an example
Taking the forestry technology major as an example,we discuss the talent cultivation mode under the system of vocational skill level evaluation and recognition.This model is centered on the evaluation of vocational skills level,specifically refining the training objectives and specifications,carrying out targeted reforms on the curriculum and teaching content,and also innovating in the teaching mode and method.In addition,the construction of practical training bases and the training of teachers are also important components of this model.In order to ensure the effective implementation of this talent cultivation model,a series of safeguard measures are proposed,including the support of policies and systems,the rational allocation of funds and resources,and the strict quality control and evaluation mechanism.The results provide valuable references for talent cultivation under the recognition of vocational skill level evaluation not only for forestry technology major,but also for a wider range of professional fields.
