高精度磁盘读取控制系统的设计及其参数整定

为提高磁盘读取系统的控制精度,设计了一种高精度磁盘驱动读取控制系统.该系统由励磁电机、支撑臂、磁头滑片和转轴组成,系统以电机驱动磁头滑片到达指定的磁道读取磁通信息,以磁头滑片的位置和速度作为系统的反馈量.为提高PD控制器的精度,设计了一种自适应调整因子的差分进化算法,并建立了RBF模型以对PD控制器的两个参数进行调整.仿真分析显示,整定后的PD控制器其超调量为 0%,建立时间为 1ms,且抗干扰性能也明显得到提高.
Design and parameter setting of high precision disk read control system
Aiming at the high precision control characteristics of computer disk reading,a high precision disk drive reading control system is designed.The system consists of excitation motor,support arm,magnetic head slide and rotating shaft.The motor drives the magnetic head slide to reach the designated track to read the flux information,and the position and speed of the magnetic head slide are used as the feedback quantity of the system.In view of the difficulty of precision disk(PD)controller parameter tuning,a differential evolution algorithm of adaptive adjustment factor was designed,RBF model was established,gradient information was identified by RBF online,and the two parameters of PD controller were adjusted.After tuning,the controller overjump was 0%,and the anti-interference performance was stronger.Better dynamic performance.
