A study on the effect of calcium gluconate combined with COOK balloon and oxytocin in induced labor of delayed pregnancies
For the study of calcium gluconate combined COOK balloon and oxytocin in delayed pregnancy induced effect,in July 2022-December select Nanning city maternal and child care hospital delayed pregnancy induced maternal 80 cases for the study object,the control group(40 cases)using COOK balloon,oxytocin induction,observation group(40 cases)using calcium gluconate,COOK balloon,oxytocin induction.The study showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of labor time,vaginal delivery rate,and complication rate(P<0.05).This indicates that the combined application of calcium gluconate,COOK balloon and oxytocin in delayed pregnancy induction has better induction results.
