Intelligent deformation detection device for tank containers based on BOTDA optical fiber technology
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to detect the deformation of tank container in time during transportation,an intelligent monitoring device for micro-deformation of tank container based on Brillouin optical time domain analysis(BOTDA)technology is proposed.The device consists of tank container,BOTDA sensing fiber,BOTDA demodulation instrument and computer.To verify its feasibility,this paper uses the device to monitor tank containers with different service life.The test shows that the device can detect the strain phenomenon of tank container in time and give early warning of gas leakage.Therefore,the device has good application value for monitoring and maintenance of tank container.
