Construction and research of interdisciplinary literacy evaluation index system for vocational college teachers
To improve the interdisciplinary competence of vocational college teachers,a nine level proportional scale method and correlation analysis method are used to construct an evaluation index system for interdisciplinary competence of vocational college teachers.This indicator system consists of three"negative"indicators,3 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators,and 21 tertiary indicators for evaluation.Based on this evaluation index system,implementation strategies have been proposed that combine process and summative evaluation capabilities,internal and external stakeholders,and quantitative and qualitative dimensions of evaluation.The research results can provide reference for evaluating teachers'interdisciplinary competence in vocational colleges.
