针对非嵌入式控制的分拣机器人成本高、体积大及耗时长等问题,基于OpenMV,设计了一款嵌入式的智能小物品分拣机器人.该机器人由STC89C52单片机控制、OpenMV摄像头、电机驱动和显示等模块组成.测试实验表明:该机器人不仅能对不同形状和不同颜色的小物品分别进行快速、准确的分拣,而且还具有设计简单、低成本和易定制化等优点.因此,该机器人在配件或零件等小物品的分拣中具有良好的应用价值.研究结果可为制造业和物流业等行业节约成本、提升效率提供借鉴与参考.
Design of embedded intelligent sorting robot for small objects based on OpenMV
Aiming at the problems such as high cost,large size and time consuming of non-embedded control sorting robot,an embedded intelligent sorting robot for small objects is designed based on openMV.The robot is composed of MCU STC89C52,OpenMV camera,motor drive and display module,etc.The test shows that the robot can not only sort small objects of different shapes and different colors quickly and accurately,but also has the advantages of simple design,low cost and easy customization.Therefore,the robot has good application value in the sorting of small objects such as attachments or parts.The research results can provide reference and guidance for industries such as manufacturing and logistics to save costs and improve efficiency.
