结构设计竞赛中的竹制模型数值分析与振动试验研究

针对福建省第十五届大学生结构设计竞赛赛题"基于阻尼器的高层建筑模型的设计与制作",设计了一个非中心对称的框架-支撑结构,并运用Ansys软件建立了结构的数值模型.对结构进行静力计算表明,梁柱轴力最大拉力值为 150.48 N,最大压力值为 244.75 N,结构平向最大变形 7.26 mm,主要杆件失稳验算均满足要求.对结构进行模态和响应谱分析表明,结构的预测位移满足赛题要求.对竹制模型的振动试验表明,模型结构的数值模拟结果合理,方案能满足赛题要求,具备经济和技术的可行性.
Numerical analysis and vibration test study of bamboo model for structural design competition
For the 15th Structural Design Competition for College Students in Fujian Province,titled"Design and Production of High-rise Building Model with Dampers",a non-centrosymmetric framestructure was designed and numerically modelled using Ansys software.The maximal tensile value of the beam-column axial force is 150.48 N,the maximum pressure value is 244.75 N,the maximum deformation of the structure in the flat direction is 7.26 mm,and the major rod instability satisfies the criteria,according to the structural static calculation.The modal analysis and response spectrum analysis of the structure reveal that the predicted displacements satisfy the race requirements.The vibration test on bamboo models prove an economic and technical feasibility with reasonable numerical simulation results of the model structure,which can meet the requirements of the competition.
