分光光度法检测异丙嗪的开放性实验教学设计

为培养和提升学生的科研素养和实践创新能力,利用分光光度法设计一个基于检测异丙嗪的开放性实验教学方法.该方法包括实验技能培训、实验方案设计、实验操作与仪器操作、数据处理、报告总结等 5 个核心流程.研究表明:该开放性实验教学方法不仅可以有效提高学生的实践操作能力、创新思维能力及科研素养,而且可以加深学生对理论知识的理解,增强学生灵活运用所学知识解决实际问题的能力.研究结果可为理工科等科学实验类课程的实验教学改革提供参考,并为同类问题的解决提供思路及借鉴.
The open experimental teaching design for the spectrophotometric detection of promethazine
In order to cultivate students'scientific research accomplishment and practical innovation ability,an open experimental teaching method based on detection of promethazine was designed by using spectrophotometry.The experimental teaching method includes five core processes:experimental skill training,experimental scheme design,experimental operation and instrument operation,data processing,and report summary.The research shows that the open experimental teaching method can not only effectively improve the students'practical operation ability,innovative thinking ability and scientific research accomplishment,but also increase the students'understanding of theoretical knowledge and the ability to solve practical problems flexibly with the learned knowledge.Therefore,the open experiment teaching method can be used as a reference for the reform of science experiment teaching.
