Risk assessment of sports injury for college male basketball players based on functional movement screen
In order to reduce the incidence of sports injury of male basketball players in colleges and universities,improve their overall physical quality and reduce their injury risk,using test method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to analyze the sports injury of 24 basketball players in a college.The results showed that the 24 basketball players scored an average of 12.21 points in the FMS test,the highest score was 15 points,the lowest score was 9 points,and the score was quite different.The average scores of active straight leg lift and rotation stability were the lowest,1.50 and 1.21 respectively.The average score of hurdling and straight lunge was in the middle level,1.63 and 1.58 points respectively.Squats,torso stability push-ups and shoulder joint flexibility had the highest average scores,with 2.13,2.13 and 2.00 points respectively.It can be seen that the overall risk of sports injury of male basketball players in this university is high,and FMS sports injury risk screening should be conducted regularly and targeted physical training should be adopted to reduce sports injury.
