Exploration of layered progressive teaching method in standardized training of rheumatology and immunology resident physicians
To explore the effectiveness of the hierarchical progressive teaching method in the standardized training of rheumatology and immunology resident physicians,160 resident physicians(Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,Sanming First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University)were selected as the research subjects.The control group received standardized training using traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received standardized training using the hierarchical progressive teaching method.Research shows that the theoretical knowledge test scores and clinical skill operation scores of the observation group are higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of clinical teaching in the observation group(100%)was higher than that in the control group(76.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).This indicates that,in the standardized training of resident physicians in the rheumatology and immunology department,the use of hierarchical progressive teaching method can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge level,clinical thinking ability,practical operation skills of resident physicians,and increase the satisfaction of trainees with the training.The research results can provide reference for standardized training of resident physicians.
