[目的]通过Meta分析系统评价综合护理模式对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的干预效果.[方法]检索万方、CNKI、VIP、SinoMed、EMBASE、Ovid、PubMed、MD Consult、Web of Science、NCBI、Medline、Cochrane Library等数据库中有关综合护理对PCOS患者干预效果方面的文献,检索时间为建库至2024年2月27日.采用Stata16.0和RevMan 5.4分析软件对提取的数据进行Meta分析.[结果]共纳入12篇文献790例患者.Meta分析结果显示,综合护理模式对PCOS患者干预效果良好[RR=0.87;95％CI(0.82,0.92),P＜0.05];患者生存质量明显升高[SMD=3.30;95％CI(3.07,3.52),P＜0.001],焦虑及抑郁状况明显改善,SAS[SMD=-1.90;95％CI(-3.27,-0.53),P＜0.001],SDS[SMD=-2.19;95％CI(-3.70,-0.69),P＜0.001],满意度明显升高[OR=1.25;95％CI(0.74,2.10),P＜0.05];综合护理模式不能提高PCOS患者妊娠率[OR=1.25;95％CI(0.74,2.10),P=0.419].[结论]综合护理模式可显著提升PCOS患者的生存质量,改善其抑郁及焦虑状况,提高患者满意度,但不能提升妊娠率.
Systematic evaluation of intervention effect of comprehensive nursing model on polycystic ovary syndrome
OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the intervention effects of comprehensive nursing model on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)by meta-analysis.METHODS The literatures related to the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with PCOS were retrieved from the database such as Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,SinoMed,EMBASE,Ovid,PubMed,MD Consult,Web of Science,NCBI,Medline and Cochrane Library,the searching time was from the establishment of the database to February 27,2024.Stata16.0 and RevMan 5.4 analysis software were used for meta-analysis of the extracted data.RESULTS A total of 12 articles with 790 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that comprehensive nursing mode had good intervention effect on patients with PCOS[RR=0.87;95％CI(0.82,0.92),P＜0.05],the patients'quality of life was significantly improved[SMD=3.30;95％CI(3.07,3.52),P＜0.001],anxiety and depression were significantly improved SAS[SMD=-1.90;95％CI(-3.27,-0.53),P＜0.001],SDS[SMD=2.19;95％CI(-3.70,-0.69),P＜0.001],and satisfaction was significantly increased[OR=1.25;95％CI(0.74,2.10),P＜0.05].Comprehensive nursing model did not improve the pregnancy rate of PCOS patients[OR=1.25;95％CI(0.74,2.10),P=0.419].CONCLUSION Comprehensive nursing model can significantly improve the quality of life,depression and anxiety,and satisfaction of patients with PCOS,but can not improve the pregnancy rate.
