摘要
[目的]分析某省三级医院手术并发症及非计划再次手术发生情况,旨在提高医院医疗质量及患者围手术期安全管理水平.[方法]收集某省三甲综合性医院自2020至2022年间发生手术并发症及非计划再次手术患者的电子病案首页信息进行分析.[结果]该医院自2020至2022年间手术并发症及非计划再次手术发生率呈逐年降低趋势,相比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).[结论]构建手术质量安全提升体系及加强围手术期管理等可降低手术并发症及非计划再次手术发生率,保障医疗安全.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the incidence of surgical complications and unplanned reoperations in a province tertiary hospital,in order to improve the quality of medical care and perioperative safety management of patients.METHODS Electronic medical record home page information of patients with surgical complications and the unplanned reoperation from a province tertiary general hospital between 2020 and 2022 were collected for statistical analysis.RESULTS The incidence of surgical complications and unplanned reoperation in this hospital showed a downward trend year by year from 2020 to 2022,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION The construction of surgical quality and safety improvement system and the enhancement of perioperative management can reduce the incidence of surgical complications and unplanned reoperation and ensure medical safety.
