Therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid combined with salbutamol injection in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid combined with salbutamol injection in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).METHODS 120 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into two groups. One group received glucocorticoid treatment(control group,60 patients),and the other group received glucocorticoid combined with salbutamol injection(observation group,60 patients). The efficacy of the two groups was compared.RESULTS The effective rate of treatment in the observation(90.0%)group was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.0%,P<0.05),and the improvement of lung function index and blood gas analysis index was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Glucocorticoid combined with salbutamol injection in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve lung function and blood gas analysis.
