摘要
[背景]探讨不同年龄段良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者的临床特点.[病例报告]回顾性分析301例BPPV患者的临床资料.结果见,各年龄段BPPV患者中女性均明显多于男性(P＜0.05);有基础疾病者、办公人员及平时有心理压力者BPPV患病率明显升高(P＜0.05).[讨论]女性、基础疾病、办公人员及心理压力是BPPV疾病影响因素.
Abstract
BACKGROUND To explore the clinical characteristics of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)in different ages and to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.CASE REPORTS The clinical data of 301 cases of BPPV were analyzed retrospectively.There were more females than males in the four age groups of BPPV patients,and the probability of BPPV in patients with underlying diseases,office workers and psychological stress was higher(P＜0.05).DISCUSSION Women,basic diseases,office workers and people with psychological stress are more likely to suffer from BPPV.
