[目的]分析无痛肠镜检查中风险管理对护理质量的提升作用.[方法]回顾性分析2023年3月-2024年3月接受无痛肠镜检查的100例患者临床资料,按随机数字表法分对照组(n=50,给予常规管理干预)和观察组(n=50,给予风险管理干预).比较两组护理质量、风险事件发生率、生命体征异常波动发生率情况.[结果]干预后,观察组护理服务、护理应急能力、护理应用效果、护理水平评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),总风险事件发生率及总生命体征异常波动发生率均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).[结论]风险管理在无痛肠镜检查中的应用具有较佳的临床效果,护理质量明显提升,风险事件以及生命体征异常波动发生率降低.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of risk management on the improvement of nursing quality in painless colonoscopy.METHODS Clinical data of 100 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy from March 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group(n=50,given routine management intervention)and the observation group(n=50,given risk management intervention)according to random number table method.The nursing quality,the incidence of risk events and the incidence of abnormal fluctuations of vital signs were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After intervention,the scores of nursing service,nursing emergency ability,nursing application effect and nursing level in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of total risk events and abnormal fluctuation of total vital signs were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).CONCLUSIONS The application of risk management in painless colonoscopy has better clinical effect,the nursing quality is significantly improved,the incidence of risk events and abnormal fluctuations of vital signs is reduced.
