Effect of risk management on nursing quality in painless colonoscopy
OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of risk management on the improvement of nursing quality in painless colonoscopy.METHODS Clinical data of 100 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy from March 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group(n=50,given routine management intervention)and the observation group(n=50,given risk management intervention)according to random number table method.The nursing quality,the incidence of risk events and the incidence of abnormal fluctuations of vital signs were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After intervention,the scores of nursing service,nursing emergency ability,nursing application effect and nursing level in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of total risk events and abnormal fluctuation of total vital signs were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The application of risk management in painless colonoscopy has better clinical effect,the nursing quality is significantly improved,the incidence of risk events and abnormal fluctuations of vital signs is reduced.
