Observation on the curative effect of comprehensive auricular point therapy in the prevention and treatment of menstrual headache based on the focus type psychological nursing mode
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of comprehensive auricular point therapy in the prevention and treatment of menstrual headache based on the focus type psychological nursing mode.METHODS 60 patients with headache who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group treated with flunarizine hydrochloride and the observation group treated with comprehensive auricular acupoints,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given focused psychological nursing,and the treatment was started before and after the onset of headache or 2 days before headache according to the law of pain.The treatment lasted for 5 days/menstrual cycle,and the intervention lasted for 3 months(menstrual cycle).The changes of pain six point behavior score(BRS-6),headache impact test questionnaire(HIT-6),headache syndrome score and partner health scale score(PIH)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.RESULTS The brs-6 score,HIT-6 score,headache syndrome score and PIH score of the two groups before and after treatment were all P＜0.05,and the differences were statistically significant;After treatment,BRS-6 score,HIT-6 score,headache syndrome score and PIH score decreased between the two groups(P＜0.05).CONCLUSIONS the clinical effect of comprehensive auricular therapy based on the focus psychological nursing mode in the prevention and treatment of menstrual headache is satisfactory,which can effectively improve the headache symptoms and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
