PEST-SWOT Analysis on the Construction of Multidisciplinary Medical Quality Control System
In recent years,medical quality management,as an important part of hospital management,has been generally valued by hospital managers,but there are still some problems in medical quality management.For example,the organizational function of medical quality control is not clear enough,the coordination mechanism is not perfect enough,and there is a lack of information platform.Therefore,based on the external macro environment model(PEST)and superiority weakness opportunity threats analysis method(SWOT),this study constructs PEST-SWOT analysis matrix,and proposes a set of multidisciplinary medical quality control system suitable for the current development status of hospitals by analyzing the superiorities,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the hospital quality management system,so as to provide references for the hospital's medical quality management.
