Exploration and Application of Four-Level Linkage Model of Hospital-virtual community-college student volunteers and public welfare organizations in the Social Support Network System of Children and Adolescents with T1DM
This paper aims to build a new four-level linkage integration model of hospital-virtual community-college student volunteers-public welfare organizations,and provide reference for supporting the development of prevention and control measures for type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM).Establish a new integrated model of multidisciplinary medical team supported by professional chief physicians,peer support and mutual assistance team with virtual community as the basic structural unit,college student volunteer team with T1DM patients as the backbone,and connection platform with public welfare organizations as the backup,in order to solve the problem of shortage of health resources and provide continuous support for children and adolescents with T1DM patients.
