Objective:To explore the characteristics of influencing factors of troubles and accidents causing by people with severe mental disorders.Methods:A total of 120 patients with severe mental disorders admitted in and out of the Neuropsychiatric Prevention Hospital of Fuzhou Second General Hospital from August 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.The modified overt aggression scale(MOAS)was used to evaluate the risk behaviors of patients.The patients were divided into the risk group with a score of>4 and the non-risk group with a score of≤4.The basic data of the two groups were compared to analyze the risk factors affecting the troubles and accidents of the patients with severe mental disorders.Results:There were significant differences between risk group and non-risk group in age,economic status,course of disease,medication regularity,self-awareness and participation in community rehabilitation services(P<0.05).The course of disease,the medication regularity,the self-awareness and whether to participate in community rehabilitation service were the independent risk factors of causing troubles and accidents in the patients with severe mental disorders(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of patients with severe mental disorders who have a long course of disease,irregular medication,poor self-awareness and non-participation in community rehabilitation services,so as to reduce the occurrence of their accident-causing behaviors.
