Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of 532nm laser on trichiasis.Method:Sixty patients with trichiasis(a total of 70 eyes)admitted to the Second Hospital of Sanming City from January 1,2021 to December 31,2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups using digital method.Both groups received 532nm laser treatment,and those who relapsed after treatment received 532nm laser treatment again.The initial treatment power of group A patients was 200-250 mW,and the treatment power after recurrence was 250-300 mW.The initial treatment power of group B patients was 300-350 mW,and the treatment power after recurrence was 350-400 mW.The clinical effect and pain symptom score of the two groups were compared.Result:After the first treatment,the cooperation rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P＜0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups(P＞0.05),and the recurrence rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P＜0.05).After the second and third treatment,there was no significant difference in the cooperation rate between the two groups(P＞0.05),but the cure rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P＜0.05),and the recurrence rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P＜0.05).After the first and the 2nd to 3rd treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of group A were lower than those of group B(P<0.05),and there were no blepharon deformity and scar in the two groups,and no impact on their vision.Conclusion:532nm laser treatment for trichiasis is an effective clinical treatment method.The treatment power of 532 nm laser is different,and the cure rate and recurrence rate of patients are also different.Combined with the actual situation,the treatment power is reasonably selected to improve the cure rate.
