Effect of thrombolytic therapy under the guidance of one-stop multimodal CT scanning on neurological function and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of thrombolytic therapy under the guidance of one-stop multimodal CT scanning on acute cerebral infarction and its influence on the neurological function and prognosis of patients.Method:Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Gaoming District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Foshan City from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the onset time, the patients were divided into two groups. The patients with onset time 4.5~6.0 h were set as group A(28 cases),and the patients with onset time 6.1~8.0 h were set as group B(32 cases). The patients in the two groups were treated with thrombolytic therapy under the guidance of one-stop multimodal CT scanning. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score, modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results:The NIHSS scores of group A were lower than those of group B(P<0.05).The mRS scores of group A were lower than those of group B(P<0.05).The good prognosis rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thrombolytic therapy under the guidance of one-stop multimodal CT scanning can improve neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction and have a good prognosis.
