Effect of transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of children with urethral calculi
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of children with urethral calculi.Methods Five children with urethral calculi admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.These children were treated with transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Results These children were successfully crushed once,and the operation time was 15-40 minutes,with an average of about 25 minutes.Two to five days after surgery,these children were completely drained of rubble.These children had no discomfort symptoms such as urethral pain,dysuria and urethral stenosis.Conclusion Transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is a safe and effective minimally invasive method for the treatment of children with urethral calculi,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
