Effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia(SCH).Methods Sixty patients with SCH admitted to Heping Hospital affiliated to Changzhi Medical College from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group(30 cases, treated with rTMS)and observation group(30 cases, treated with rTMS combined with ziprasidone)by dice. The therapeutic effect, cognitive function and serum factor levels of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate, repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status(RBANS)scores, serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion rTMS combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of SCH can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients, improve their cognitive function, and promote the production of neurotrophins.
