摘要

目的:探讨高通量血液透析联合帕立骨化醇冲击治疗继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)的临床疗效.方法:选取2021年3月至2023年4月哈尔滨京恩肾病专科医院收治的120例SHPT患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分为A组和B组两组.给予A组患者常规血液透析联合帕立骨化醇冲击治疗.给予B组患者高通量血液透析联合帕立骨化醇冲击治疗.对比两组患者的临床疗效.结果:B组患者治疗的总有效率高于A组患者(P<0.05).B组患者血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)的水平和不良反应的总发生率低于A组患者(P<0.05).结论:高通量血液透析联合帕立骨化醇冲击治疗SHPT,可提升患者的临床疗效,降低其血清PTH的水平,不良反应较少,值得临床推广.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of high-flux hemodialysis combined with palicalcitol pulse therapy on secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT).Methods:A total of 120 patients with SHPT admitted to Jingen Nephropathy Hospital in Harbin from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups,group A and group B.The patients in group A were given routine hemodialysis combined with paricalcitol pulse therapy.The patients in group B was treated with high-flux hemodialysis combined with palicalcitol pulse therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total treatment effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The level of serum parathyroid hormone(PTH)and the overall incidence of adverse reactions in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-flux hemodialysis combined with palicalcitol pulse therapy on SHPT can improve clinical efficacy of patients,reduce serum PTH levels,has fewer adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
