Effect of high-flux hemodialysis combined with paricalcitol pulse therapy on secondary hyperparathyroidism
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of high-flux hemodialysis combined with palicalcitol pulse therapy on secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT).Methods:A total of 120 patients with SHPT admitted to Jingen Nephropathy Hospital in Harbin from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups, group A and group B.The patients in group A were given routine hemodialysis combined with paricalcitol pulse therapy. The patients in group B was treated with high-flux hemodialysis combined with palicalcitol pulse therapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results:The total treatment effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The level of serum parathyroid hormone(PTH)and the overall incidence of adverse reactions in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-flux hemodialysis combined with palicalcitol pulse therapy on SHPT can improve clinical efficacy of patients, reduce serum PTH levels, has fewer adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
