The value of 1.5T dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance(DCE-MRI)combined with apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast mass like enhanced lesions
Objective:To analyze the value of 1.5T dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI)combined with apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast mass like enhanced lesions. Methods:The clinical data of 163 patients with breast mass like enhanced lesions treated in the Second Hospital of Sanming City from October 2021 to April 2024 were selected and retrospectively analyzed. All patients received 1.5T DCE-MRI examination.ADC values were calculated according to the enhancement mode,time-signal strength(TIC)curve, lesion shape and lesion boundary. The pathological diagnosis results were taken as the gold standard. The 1.5T DCE-MRI diagnosis results were taken as the control group 1,the ADC diagnosis results were taken as the control group 2,and the combined diagnosis results were taken as the observation group. To compare the application value of three diagnostic methods in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast mass like enhanced lesions. Results:Taking the pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard, there was no significant difference in the diagnostic efficacy indexes between the control group 1 and the control group 2(P>0.05).The diagnostic efficacy indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast mass like enhanced lesions, the application of 1.5T DCE-MRI combined ADC value has higher diagnostic efficiency and significant clinical application value.
